Council seeking expressions of interest in 2026 Arts and Culture program
Cumberland City Council are seeking expressions of interest from individuals and organisations in the 2026 Arts and Culture program.
Arts programs are delivered from Granville Centre Art Gallery and the Peacock Gallery and Auburn Arts studio.
Other arts programs may include dance, music, theatre and other cross-disciplinary works.
Applications close 7 November.

Playspace Upgrades Proposals - Greystanes and Merrylands
Cumberland City Council has opened the consultation stage on proposals to upgrade playspaces in the following parks.
Greystanes: Daisy Street Park and Darling Street Park
Merrylands: King Park, Moore Park, Oxford Park and Young Park.
Consultation remains open until 6pm Tuesday 11 November.

🚗 Cars & Culture Sydney – Motor Culture Australia’s signature nationwide car show celebrating every style, from Hot Rods to JDMs, Classics, 4x4s, and Bikes.

👣 Walk options: 4km or 8km🚶♀️ Walk 4km in honour of the 4 lives lost each week to childhood-onset heart disease, or 8km for the 8 babies born daily with a heart defect.
💖 Supports families and children living with childhood-onset heart disease (CoHD).
🧺 Enjoy a post-walk BBQ, picnic, games and family-friendly activities.
🌳 Beautiful outdoor setting with playgrounds, sandpits, flying fox, bike paths and shaded areas.

🎃 CGC Kids Halloween Disco

Bring the kids in their halloween costumes for some spooky fun. Dancing, games, prizes, lolly bags and more.
