🏡 The Gables: Auction Result
59 East Street (The Gables) went to Auction today.
The 155 year old Gothic style mansion was passed in after the vendor failed to achieve the reserve value.
The top bidder went into post auction negotiations. If successful, it is expected the heritage listed property will fetch over $4m.
The last sale on record 7 December 2013 was $1.3m.
🚒 Factory Fire in Regents Park

Fire and Rescue NSW reported the factory fire on Sunday afternoon had been extinguished after 2 hours.
The high temperatures and dry air made it difficult to contain the blaze.
Three people treated at the scene were transported to hospital for smoke inhalation and possible airway burns.
In their statement on X (formerly Twitter), Fire and Rescue NSW advise neighbouring properties suffered minor damage from heat and smoke.
An investigation into the source of the fire has commenced.

Berry Boost
Berry Boost has opened a mobile açai trailer at 188 Woodburn Road Berala.
The trailer is the third Berry Boost location after Chipping Norton and Casula.
The business is open every day 10:00 am - 10:00 pm, specialising in açai soft serves, deserts and protein shakes.
From firsthand experience, the staff are very friendly and helpful if you’re new to açai.
Berry Boost via Instagram advises that the Berala location may be temporary, suggesting 1-3 months.
